From the West by I-64:

Coming into Charleston from the West on I-64, cross the Kanawha River and take the Virginia Street exit. Turn right onto Virginia Street. Turn right onto Goshorn Street. Turn left onto Kanawha Boulevard. Continue down Kanawha Boulevard for 4 blocks. Capitol Street is on the left, but you can not make a left turn from this direction. 118 Capitol Street is just across the street from the Kanawha County Library.  Metered parking is available along with many parking garages. 

From the North by I-77 / I-79:

Coming into Charleston from the North on I-77 / I-79, take the Washington Street Exit. Proceed to the second traffic light; turn left onto Lee Street. Proceed on Lee Street to Hale Street. Make a right onto Hale Street. Continue to Kanawha Boulevard. Make a right onto Kanawha Boulevard. 118 Capitol Street is just across the street from Kanawha County Library.  Metered parking is available along with many parking garages. 

From the East by I-64 / I-77:

Coming into Charleston from the East on I-64 / I-77, take the Leon Sullivan Way exit (formerly Broad Street) and proceed to Kanawha Boulevard (last stoplight before the river). Make a right onto Kanawha Boulevard. Go 4 blocks to Capitol street. 118 Capitol Street is just across the street from the Kanawha County Public Library. Metered parking is available along with many parking garages.
